We are in state compliance with WISHA and HIPPA. Our exceptionally clean office places utmost importance on maintaining annual training on the best cleaning and sterilization protocols and safety.
Our goal is to provide our patients with the finest comprehensive dental care. We will work with you to create the best treatment plan that fits within your financial expectations. We will explain all your treatment options and provide you a written financial estimate. Any changes in treatment or fees will be discussed as it occurs.
Taken with your permission at the office, photography of your teeth is considered the property of Main Station Dental, Dr. Thomas Rhodes and Dr. Kelcey Rhodes. The photography may be used for our dental presentations, promotional and advertising materials and, therefore, not limited to treatment planning. If you have any concern, please let us know so we may honor your requests.

Payment is due at the time services are performed unless arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, check and all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express). You can make online payments here.
As a service to our insured patients, we will submit your treatment to the dental insurance company after each appointment. We make every effort to collect the maximum benefits allowable by your insurance company. As a reminder, your insurance benefits are a contract between you and your insurance company. Any remaining balance, whether or not your insurance pays a benefit, is due within 30 days.
No Dental Insurance?
If you have no dental insurance plan, there is no problem. We have a patient loyalty program. With no deductible or yearly maximums benefits, or exclusions on cosmetic care, you can stay healthy with easy monthly payments. Please ask one of our scheduling coordinators if this plan could work for you.
